Charlene would like to thank ArtsBuild of Chattanooga for the honor of being chosen as a 2023 recipient of the Racial Equity Grants for Individual Artists (REGIA). Through the generous financial support of ArtsBuild, Charlene was able to:

​​

  • purchase professional audio recording equipment

  • attend the 2023 Southeastern Theatre Conference (SETC)

  • pursue further acting training at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga
